Donna Eden is a gifted healer who has the ability to see energy. She has
written an excellent book, Energy Medicine (ISBN: 0-87477-945-6) with her
husband, David Feinstein. It describes eight different energy systems within and
surrounding the body that can be used to help bring healing. Throughout her book
are exercises to clear blocked energy through the use of these eight different
energy systems. The exercises are easy to learn and powerful. Donna has also
developed a daily energy routine that helps to clear any energy blocks and get
the energy flowing. I use these exercises to keep my own energy balanced and
flowing before and after working with my clients.
One of my favourite exercises to boost energy when I am feeling tired is the
technique which Donna calls The Three Thumps. The first point to thump is known
as K-27 or the 27th point on the kidney meridian. To find these points, find the
notch in your neck, go down about 1 " or over 1" to each side; just
below the collarbone is a indent. Tapping on this point will help if you are
feeling drowsy or unable to concentrate. The second point to thump is the thymus
gland which is located on the centre of the sternum down 2 " from the K-27
points. Thumping this point with stimulate all of your energies, boost your
immune system and increase your strength. The third pair of points to thump are
the spleen points which are located just below the breasts in line with the
nipples. Tapping on these points will boost your energy, strengthen the immune
system and balance blood chemistry. When you are experiencing the mid-afternoon

I teach Donna’s exercises to my clients who can use them when they are
feeling low or scrambled energetically. Often clients’ energies are blocked or
scrambled which prevents healing from happening.
